In December 2015, VentureFounders successfully supported the £3.3 million fundraise for Brightpearl alongside existing institutional shareholders Notion Capital, Eden Ventures and MMC Ventures. A year later in December 2016, VentureFounders invested further capital alongside existing institutional investors.

With Brightpearl’s SaaS software, retailers can manage core aspects of their business by combining orders, inventory, customer data, accounting, sales channels and reporting into a single, reliable retail management system.

Brighpearl’s goal is to build a $1bn valuation SaaS company, which is focused on helping SMB retailers succeed. 

Brightpearl was raising additional growth capital to expand in the US market and the build products to meet the needs of the larger merchants.
