Ed Bardos acts as Managing Director of VentureFounders, having joined as Interim General Counsel in 2018 and taken on management and COO responsibilities in 2009.

He is responsible for executing VentureFounders’ primary and follow-on investment rounds, as well as overseeing VentureFounders’ compliance and operations.

Ed has over 20 years’ experience in deal diligence and execution as a lawyer. He qualified as a solicitor with Freshfields before acting as VP, Legal with Lehman Brothers in the Tokyo and London offices and then serving as General Counsel EMEA with Neuberger Berman Europe following the MBO of the Lehman asset management business.
